At College Success for All, our mission is to empower every student to thrive in college and beyond. Founded by Marie Guarnieri, an experienced speech-language pathologist and Independent Educational Consultant, we specialize in providing personalized, holistic college consulting services tailored to each student's unique abilities, needs, and aspirations.​
While we work with all students, we are experienced in supporting neurodiverse individuals and those with learning differences throughout the college preparation journey and into their freshman year. We take a whole-person approach, developing comprehensive plans that address the college application process as well as essential skills and strategies for long-term success.
Our personalized process begins with in-depth meetings with students and families, coupled with a thorough review of academic records, testing, and IEP/504 plans. This allows us to gain a holistic understanding of each student's profile to develop a tailored list of best-fit colleges and programs that align with their unique strengths, needs, and goals. We understand the uniqueness of every student, and our mission is to alleviate stress by finding the right educational path that allows each individual to thrive.
We have evaluated campuses nationwide, providing invaluable insights into the diverse range of accommodations and support programs available to facilitate student success.​ Our services can begin in high school as early as freshman year, identifying strengths and growth areas, and providing coaching for social skills, executive functioning, and self-advocacy. We educate on disability accommodations and offer continuous support throughout the process. College Success for All collaborates with tutors, coaches, specialists, and psychologists to ensure students are prepared for a smooth college transition.
We recognize the potential benefit of gap years or transition programs for some students, recommending options that cultivate competence, maturity, independence, and real-world experience.
About Marie
Marie Guarnieri founded College Success for All to help students achieve a successful transition after high school. With over a decade of experience as a speech-language pathologist, she has worked extensively with teens in general and special education settings, focusing on supporting their strengths and preparing them for college success.

Marie's passion lies in ensuring every student has access to higher education and the guidance to thrive in a college that matches their unique strengths and needs. She believes that with the right support, all students can find success in their educational journey.

Marie is a licensed speech and language pathologist, an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association, a graduate of their Summer Training Institute, and a certified essay coach. She holds certifications from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA), New York State Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD), Columbia Teachers College Bilingual Certification, and is a certified UCLA PEERS® Adolescent provider.

Marie's approach is holistic, strength-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. She works closely with clients and families, highlighting their wishes, strengths, and personal goals. Her focus extends beyond academics, ensuring students develop positive peer relationships, self-advocacy skills, and executive function skills to manage the demands of college life.

In addition to her professional work, Marie is a dedicated volunteer college coach for first-generation students, firmly believing that everyone deserves access to higher education opportunities, regardless of their circumstances.
