Cognitive/Executive Function Coaching
What are Cognitive or Executive Function Skills?

Executive Function skills can be described as the CEO of our brain. It is responsible for planning, executing, and carrying out a person’s daily tasks and responsibilities. Many of us, regardless of diagnosis, struggle with this. Perhaps you often feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, have an endless todo list, get distracted easily, or have a hard time finishing what you started.
We offer cognitive coaching for high school and college students, and young adults, helping build skills to navigate and manage day-to-day life at home, at school or college or in social settings.
